I would like to buy an Abaya – How do I go about this?

Easy! All you have to do is be a member of this site and TADA! You can start shopping with us. There is also a section on our website called “Contact us > How to Order” (Provide link) . I am not located in the UAE, will you ship to me?

Yes we are available to ship world-wide to practically any location.

I no longer want the abaya that I ordered – can I return it?

No, We have a strict no returns policy and all sales made through this website are considered final. Unless there is an error that occurred at the fault of 3abaya.com you can simply contact us and provide us with a receipt – we will arrange to have the item picked up and you will not be charged for shipping. Items should be returned in their original product packaging with the original receipt included along with the Request for Return Form (showing the order ID and other identifying numbers).

My English language skills are not every good, is there anything I can read in Arabic?

We will have a translated Arabic website that will include all the fundamental information that an Arabic speaker may follow.

I don’t have a credit card, can I still purchase from you?

Definitely! We accept different payment methods like western union, bank transfers and in some cases cash pick up. Please feel free to contact us on info@3abaya.com.

I am still unsure of some answers – is there someone I can speak to directly?

Yes. We have receptionists who will be able to speak to you during our office hours which are 10am to 7pm Saturdays to Thursdays. If you need to contact someone outside of office hours please feel free to email us on info@3abaya.com.
